Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

Wear If U Dare - a division of KLS Supplies Ltd wants you to be happy with both their products and their service. We offer a 14 day No quibble returns policy on all unworn merchandise.

 

Our Returns policy lasts 365 days. Orders should be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order to receive refund by your original payment method. we can offer you a gift voucher or exchange, for any item returned outwith the returns policy.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, please enclose your invoice or a brief note with your contact details.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

 

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where should I return my Order?

How should I package my Return?

Please protect the merchandise with suitable wrapping, for example Mail Bag, Refuse Sack, Wrapping Paper or a Carrier Bag, failure to do so will damage the packaging and the product will no longer be resalable, in such circumstances we will not be able to accept delivery of the return package.

 

How Should I Post my Order?

We advise you return your parcel using a tracked service and a trusted courier or Royal Mail. Please obtain a certificate of postage if in the rare case your return does not reach us and is lost in transit.

 

How Soon Will you deal with my Return?

We aim to process all returns within 48 Hours of receiving them but please allow up to 5 days during this time.

 

Will I receive a Full Refund?

Yes, any item returned unworn in a re-saleable condition whereby you have requested a return within 14 days of receipt of your order will be fully refunded by your original payment method. (If the item or packaging has been excessively damaged or missing, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.)

 

 How Long are Credit Notes Valid?

Credit Notes are valid for 6 Months from the date that they are Issued.

 

Are there any Items which are Non Returnable?

Yes, in the interests of hygiene, items which are in contact with intimate body parts such as Thongs, Stocking and Body stockings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping unopened or are faulty. Please try your new footwear on a soft carpet. If you are a pet owner, please ensure they are not in contact with the products are no pet hairs come into contact with footwear dust bags. Please also be aware that hard wood or stone flooring can damage soles and heels and we cannot accept return of any such items if they are marked and deemed UN-resalable.
